Terms of Use

By using racexotics.com, registering for a rally, or buying from the shop, you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kitsap County, Washington.

Rally registration

• Registration is per vehicle and driver. You must be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance that meets Washington’s minimum requirements for the vehicle you bring.
• Your spot is confirmed when payment is completed through Square (or when we confirm a complimentary entry). Unpaid registrations are released after a short hold.
• Rallies are driven on public roads. You are responsible for your own driving, your vehicle, your passengers, and compliance with all traffic laws. Racexotics plans routes and stops; it does not sanction speed events.
• Before the event you will sign a participation waiver and release.
• We may remove a participant from an event for unsafe driving or conduct, without refund.

Rally cancellations and refunds

Entry fees cover fixed costs booked in advance. Cancellations more than 30 days before the start date are refunded less a processing fee; within 30 days, entries are transferable to another driver but not refundable. If we cancel an event, you receive a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Square.

Shop orders

• Prices are in US dollars. We ship within the United States only. Shipping charges are shown before payment.
• Unworn, unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong item.
• If an item is oversold or unavailable after payment, we will contact you and refund that item.

Photos and video

Rallies are filmed and photographed. By participating you allow Racexotics to use images and video of you and your vehicle taken at events on our website, social channels, and promotional material. If you would like a specific image removed, tell us and we will act on reasonable requests.

Public roster

Upcoming rally pages show a public roster of first name, Instagram handle, and vehicle. You may opt out at registration or afterwards by contacting us.

Site content

Site content, the Racexotics name, and logos are ours or used with permission. You may share links freely; please do not reproduce galleries or videos without asking.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, Racexotics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or participation in an event beyond the amount you paid to us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
